iOS 16: How to Delete Item From Medication Log in Health App

To delete an item from the medication log in the Health app on iOS 16, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Health app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap on the “Browse” tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to find the “Medication” section and tap on it.
  4. You should see a list of all the medications you have logged. Find the item you want to delete and tap on it to open its details.
  5. Once you have opened the details page, scroll down and tap on the “Delete” button at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Confirm that you want to delete the item by tapping on “Delete” again in the pop-up confirmation window.

That’s it! The item will now be removed from your medication log in the Health app.

That’s it! The medication should now be added to your Health app. You can view and edit the medication information by going to the “Medication” section in the Health app and tapping on the medication you want to update.
