How to Add Medical ID on iPhone
Go to the app library or Spotlight on your searchable iPhone and look for the Health app. Then tap its icon to open it.
In the Health app, tap your profile picture in the upper right corner.
From the list of options that appear, tap Medical ID.
On the Medical ID page, click Get Started.
Enter your full name and click the green “+” icons and then the text boxes to add the relevant medical information. You can also tap the add photo option to add your photo to your medical card.
After adding your health information, click on add emergency contact and assign an emergency contact.
Make sure the Show on Lock switch is enabled. This will help anyone to view your health information on your iPhone lock screen.
